An LOL Jaguars is also deserved:

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - An Orlando television station has issued an on-air explanation for why it's airing the struggling Jacksonville Jaguars while many NFL fans probably would have preferred seeing the Denver Broncos-New York Giants game, a possible Super Bowl preview featuring the Peyton and Eli Manning.

WKMG TV issued the scrolled message on Sunday. It read that NFL policy states the station must carry all Jags away games. At the end the message said: "We apologize for any inconvenience."

Viewers then took to Twitter to remark on what many saw as an apology from the station.

But WKMG Vice President and General Manager Skip Valet says the arrangement is nothing new. He says for nearly two decades Orlando has been designated the secondary Jaguars market and has carried all the away games. As he put it: "I know it's frustrating, but as a CBS station in this market you have to carry the away games."

Jaguars scored an NFL-low 2 points last week and are coming off the worst season in franchise history. They have missed the playoffs 11 of the last 13 years.

Train of thought from Wayne Weaver:

Step 1: Sign Jaguars to lease in Jacksonville until 2030
Step 2: Sell to Shahid Khan
Step 3: ????
Step 4: PROFIT!

Normally I would not see the AFC West going 4-0 as a good thing, but the fact that the NFC East also went 0-4, with three of those losses coming to AFC West teams, is too delicious not to brag about. If things continue as they are into Week 13 (and of course that's a big if) they need to flex out NYG/WAS and replace it with DEN/KC.

It's pretty remarkable to think that Jacksonville had some good to great teams under Coughlin and the first half Del Rio's term. But boy have the wheels fallen off their wagon the past five seasons or so.

Oh come on, NBC would still take a 6-6 NYG team against a 4-8 Washington team, even if Denver and KC are one loss clubs battling for the division and #1 seed.

Denver is going to pick up flex games because of Peyton especially if they are still scoring 40.

At least the Eagles are fun to watch with that offense. Dallas, is Dallas, everyone has seen it, and it's boring.

The NYG in the regular season is the same old story. Washington without RG3 playing well is pretty boring.

I'd rather see teams I haven't seen every single week in prime time, even if I did go to sleep at 10:30 last night and miss virtually all of SNF.

I'm still not buying the Bengals. They've got tons of talent but they are still young and need to mature more on the field. They should have been leading this game by more points.

yeah, that worries me about the bengals too. They should've gotten a big lead early week 1 when they were heavily outplaying the bears, but they didn't, and lost as a result.

What annoyed me the most is how many passes Dalton flat out missed. Of course, it didn't help that there was poor communication with AJ Green, as well.

AJ was out the entire preseason, I think they will progress as the season moves on. I like their talent, but Dalton was bad last night. He's usually a lot more accurate than that.

With the Bengals, it's just that we haven't seen them do it in a long while. I think they have the look of a playoff team eventually with Pittsburgh a greasefire and Baltimore mostly rebuilding.

I don't buy them, either. That Pittsburgh team is terrible and to leave them in the game for that long at home is not a great sign. On the other hand, all of the AFC North looks terrible, so their playoff hopes are still strong.

We know they can make the playoffs. They've done nothing to suggest that they won't get embarrassed by the Texans again once they get there.

They should just pack up and move to L.A.

Maybe, but with Peyton with the Broncos, I think a good Denver team would get the flex.

Oh, and the NFC East isn't gonna be good this year. Philly ain't all that, Dallas is mediocre, as are the Giants, and Washington is losing it. RG is not the same and their secondary is just plain awful.
