I guess. I usually make omelettes and use olive oil, in that pan. Veggies are thrown in with the sausage at the right time, though.

My oven, as well as heaving the traditional bake and broil settings, also has convection bake and convection roast settings. What are those for?

Don’t know anything about them, would generally lean towards Cuisinart because I’ve been happy with their stuff in the past.

Sounds like you can just buy a toaster oven with a convection function.
