i pounded tons of the TJ's indian for months.... had to take a few months' break. at this point i would prob eat it again. but the TJ's near me is in a COVID hotzone... i havent had TJ's since Late Feb... i miss it. i just wish they delivered

Cut up a sweet potato and boil it with water in a wok until evaporates, add zucchini and broccoli for a little bit more, add coconut milk, add peas, add the paste, simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Indian food is pretty tough to beat.

I don’t know about you guys but it is really hard to do it well when trying to make it at home. Gotta go restaurant ... or Trader Joe’s frozen I guess.

I didnt see the picture. We usually do medium and also add red pepper flakes and pepper.

I made tikka masala just before the pandemic and it came out close to what you'd get at a restaurant.
