I’d love to see a list of which states don’t allow collection/delivery of ballots by intermediaries.

But you'd still have to have an intermediary--and maybe the Dems can rally enough people to GOTV this way (sort of like an updated drive-to-the-polls situation), but I have a hard time imagining that this doesn't mostly hurt Dem areas.
