Guys, why does this mediocre movie have almost 200 pages dedicated to it?

I think its a pretty good sci fi 50´s flick.

And the storytelling is better than TFA or ROS.

I remember this movie being poorly received. What's turned it around for you guys?

I watched it during quarantine and it was a fine enough movie. Better than TFA, but not as good as Rogue One.

subsequent watches helped, and I realized it was in the timeframe that has some of my favorite Star Wars stories. Also, seeing all of the sequels helped elevate this for me.

I've always liked this movie. I don't like it as much as any of the other Disney era films but I like it more than most of the Lucas era films.

That deep fake wasn’t all that deep.

Meh!!

My least fav movie.

Myself and my fathers last Star Wars movie together before he passed. We always went to the midnight premiere together.

I still remember we both looked at each other at the end of the movie and said at the same time “well that was pretty shit”.

I thought once you got past the first 20 minutes or so, it was pretty good.

I like this more than Rise of Skywalker, Obi-Wan, and Boba Fett.
