Ah, yes ... the thinly veiled excuse to post about Wings.

Respect.

No order

The Office
Cheers
Seinfeld
Veep
Curb Your Enthusiasm

The only reason All in the Family isn’t included is because I’ve not seen all the episodes.

Deadwood
Better Call Saul
Justified
Breaking Bad
Magnum PI
Let me tell you, Homer Simpson is cock of nothing!

This is tough... With the caveat that I reserve the right to change the lists as I think of other shows, off the top of head, I'll go:

Comedies:
Fleabag
Parks and Recreation
The Office
New Girl
Schitt's Creek

Dramas:
Mad Men
Watchmen
Lost
Twin Peaks
The Americans

How strict are we being with the label sitcom?

No cartoons? Would Nathan for you count or is that a reality show?

What about review? That's maybe a sketch show, but it does have an overarching story.

Yes, but it never radically departs from the established premise. The relationship between Russell and Rhys gets much more intense, though--that's ultimately the draw.

My drama "honorable mentions" would include Mad Men and Breaking Bad, but I've never really had an itch to revisit them (unlike some of the other shows). Succession could make a future top-five list depending on how it develops.

Maybe it's not your speed but I think it's, without exaggeration, the best, most complex on-screen romantic relationship of the "prestige TV" era. All the stuff about trying to destroy America becomes a delightful window-dressing.
