I used to think No Code was rubbish.

Exactly. I found Binaural awful for years.

Sometimes I'm like "Man, fuck Vitalogy. I can't believe there are like three to five other albums in the history of the world I sometimes find myself enjoying more."mastaflatch wrote:i don't think i ever insulter Vitalogy

I agree stip. I should be less mean to Backspacer, but I'm struggling with knowing what to do with it, given these new songs. They all take Backspacer songs and improve on them, so Backspacer sounds like the workshopping session.

sometimes I feel like the only reason anyone should post is to give lament a springboard.

their complaining about this album so far is a logical extension to their complaining about B/SJuvenal wrote:I just find it amusing that the same people post the same opinions over and over again. How is me saying that Riot Act was their last great record over an over again any different than Harmless's constant gushing? If it's a matter of repetitive opinions it shouldn't matter if they're positive or negative.

Nothing is a bigger drag when you love a piece of music than listening to someone shit on it.
Nothing is more therapeutic, when a band/artist that you've connected with is thoroughly letting you down, than getting to express your feelings about and make light of the reasons for that let down.
We're pretty much just in each other's way. And also Shania Twain.

I can't help but wonder what will become of the harmless account once Lightning Bolt has actually been released.BurtReynolds wrote:Harmless is running away with the post count title right now. I'm really glad about this. I've made it a point not to be in the top spot for post count on the new board and he's made it easy for me to still post at will.BurtReynolds wrote:Harmless is running away with the post count title right now.
