Clippers game went as expected last night, unfortunately. It's gonna be annoying when Paul George gets a ring.

It'll be pretty mind blowing if Kawhi actually wins a title after only trying hard around a dozen times this season.

Apparently the people really love watching the Blazers get blown out at night.

It's pretty funny that the Greek Freak's games are on at 10:00am Pacific. What other multiple MVP/Defensive Player of the Year gets that sort of billing?

I mean it's round 1 vs the worst team in the playoffs. Everybody assumed each game would be a 30 point blowout. Not really must see TV. Clips/Mavs has the two best offenses and people were picking the Blazers to beat the Lakers and Dame was going off. They should be better at making in-series adjustments, but it's pretty understandable that they started out featuring the two series that they did.

Right, it's a no win situation with non-overlapping games on all day for this first round. I'm sure the two games a day for the next round will follow the more traditional time schedule (Eastern Conference game at 6:00 pm-7 EDT and the Western Conference game after.

Something tells me if LeBron was playing the Magic it'd be on prime time. The people don't love Gannis. He needs to up his profile
Spoiler: show
and demand a trade to Boston!

You might be right about the first part, totally disagree about the second lol.

Giannis just isn't at LeBron's level as a superstar icon even if he is on the court. I think LeBron and Steph would probably be the only guarantees to be in the prime time slots night in night out.

Either way I'm just annoyed that all the games are in Orlando and we get games that don't start until 9:30. I understand why it's that way but as an east coaster it sucks.

If anything the late games have started a bit earlier than normal. I don't hate that. It's just a lot of basketball to keep track of. Next round should be easier.

It's true. Western conference round 1 is usually unwatchable for me starting at 10 or 10:30.

I mean the Rockets shot 40% on 58 threes in game 4 and lost. So I have no idea. It can't really be as simple as OKC went small so now the series is a wrap for them, can it?

So the Raptors are just messing with Boston right? "Hmm Kyle Lowry might not play in Game 1. What if we could think of a way to get the Celtics to agree not to play, too?"

I usually have a feeling for how a series will go but I have no idea what to expect from Raptors/Celtics. I think the Celtics should come out on top but the Raptors are weird they just keep winning.

I think athletes may overestimate their influence over national events with refusing to play in protest.

The Bucks not playing in protest makes a hell of a lot more sense that Raptors deciding not to play tomorrow night.
