Maybe they should switch to a training program that could teach THREE officers to subdue ONE man. Everyone else would get in trouble if their complete incompetence directly killed someone. This dude is walking on anything murder or manslaughter adjacent. I'm sure they can find something creative to get him on, however. If he wanted to murk protesters, he had plenty of opportunity prior to being chased around and stomped.
