I had that Interpretation from the start.
I remember now that we were talking about it at one point, but for some reason the theory was lost in hundreds of worn-out pages, and stages when we knew not who to be.
Welcome to this place, ill show you everything.

It's about Andy Wood, and how close they were and how he thinks about how Andy would have loved to play whatever venue they might be playing in.

I originally thought LB (the song) was about his daughter(s) after hearing at Wrigley, but now likely about a generic temptress/Siren.

I've listened to the first 30 seconds of Lightning Bolt and I'd be shocked if this is exactly the same as what comes out with the album.

I think it's just the crappy leak quality. It will hopefully sound crisper/cleaner in final release format.

My thoughts, after the first listen of the four. Liked Swallowed Whole the most, liked Getaway too. Those two seemed to represent a newer sound for the band. LTRP just didnt do it for me, although I liked the music, the lyrics were blah. Lightning Bolt was just ok, a second Unthought Known to me.

I truly don't get the unthought known and LB comparisons.

I just posted this in the song thread. I don't get it either, muted guitar intros aside.

I wish Ed was a little more reserved in Getaway, could have been right in the middle of Binaural. Still a good song.

Yeah. LB is uptempo and UK is mid-tempo. Both are pretty bland.
