If we're only talking about these shootings, then it's 4 out of 4 involved. And thank you for admitting that this kid was a thug looking to hurt people.

29.593 is Requirement for certificate of accomplishment to obtain hunting approval

It does not explicitly say that a minor needs a hunting certificate to carry, so either a 16-18 engaged in hunting without a certificate is illegally carrying, or this is poorly drafted.

Perhaps young Kyle will need to make new case law to get clear, but it seems kosher to me. IANAL

Yea im sure he was driven to kenosha by his mother to go deer hunting in August and he accidentally stumbled across the riots and was attacked by an unruly mob and had to self defend.

It is in some states. Others restrict you from taking game with a caliber of less than 6mm or something. It is most definitely a varmit rifle.
