What does it matter? If you're a Trump voter, this stuff is irrelevant.
An old high school friend of mine is a minister and a Trump supporter. He'll vote for Trump if trump says any and every racial slur, if he says Veteran's have no dick, or if he says that he has a new 10 year old girl brought into the White House every day to jerk him off.
Even if Trump said he supports abortion, this man of God will say that it was a momentary lapse or a political twisting of what Trump said or just deny that it was said at all.

The problem for Trump here isn’t the loyalty of Trump supporters. His problem is that there aren’t enough Trump supporters. He doesn’t come close to winning without first increasing his standing with low information voters. There are mere months left to do it in, and this is the kind of news that sticks to low information voters. Maybe because it’s a troops story, maybe because it feels a bit gossipy, I dunno. But his polling is not currently electable, and the impact of late-campaign stories is largely in their stunting your ability to draw new people in.
