yep..not as bad as portland or seattle but its been eerie for about 2 weeks now..we need masks for 2 reasons now

I cut way back on my water intake as it put me in the hospital last year..it was taking away sodium from my body and I passed out..I still drink a lot of water but probably half of what I did earlier
