making the meatball sandwiches tonight..actually going to use the old school garlic bread from the foil bags..i also have left over filet mignon from last night and may experiment with a thin slice or 2 on the sandwich as well...i've never had a steak/meatball sandwich before

Full packet of bacon chopped and throw it in a pan and cook. Not crunch. Keep it chewy. Remove and leave all the bacon oil goodness. Add chopped red onion and cook till translucent. Add a can of crushed tomato sauce and add some pepper, fennel, salt, and red pepper flakes and let simmer for about 20 minutes then add a little dash of cream and put the bacon back in.

Season to taste.

It's magnificent. I have yet to master it like my better half but every time its still been more than enough for me.
