My only complaint is that I wish Bruce would have gone over and given Alfred a hug at the end.
my biggest complaint is it wasn't good
What about if they hugged at the end?
only if they were naked
Now we're talkin'
and moanin'
yes

second view of Midsommar. Loved it. Aster sure knows how to frame a movie. Pugh is so fucking wonderful.

I watched The Fan today. I've been watching random 90s movies to help confuse my mind into thinking 2020 isn't real. The NIN soundtrack to this movie is a little awkward. The Closer remix was distracting when De Niro killed the center fielder and "I want to fuck you" kept repeating. He didn't want to fuck the center fielder, maybe Wesley Snipes, but not the center fielder. He wanted to kill that guy.

Also, shout out Haley Joel Osmont

Midsommar. What the heck....

It’s a great looking movie and had me feeling uncomfortable the whole time. Weirdly haunting.

that's what i was hoping to experience, but it didn't come close...most others experienced what you did so i don't know what i'm missing...it mostly felt plodding and the acting was average (other than florence pugh but i wasn't super enamored with her either)

That’s what usually happens to me with regular supernatural horror: it’s not scary to me because it’s not real or couldn’t happen in real life

More realistic horror like Midsommar, makes me uncomfortable because something like this could actually happen.

i definitely agree in theory...so i guess it was just the execution of midsommar that left me wanting

The Post.

Spielberg is a master of cinema. He is just the best.

The Babysitter 2: Killer Queen.

Had fun with this one. Is not better than the previous, but its a good laugh and super gory.

Borat and Bruno

Was surprised that Bruno held up as more funny and enjoyable.

Borat was good, but I guess it lost its oomph over time somehow. Maybe it comes across as too mean or something. Dunno. Bruno seemed like the more lovable character.
