I’m saying this is Q-level absurd. Eight other people have tested positive in this cluster and the president is a fat old man who had a recent unnamed health scare.

This just is exactly what it looks like.

I think the parallel to Q is particularly apt because, like Q, thinking this is part of some grand strategy is a response to the fact that the world doesn't make any sense and is completely out of control.
