I really dig Get It Back. I'm excited to live with it for a while and see if what I'm responding to is newness or not. But on first listen, I'm in.

The Stone song, though, is a MONSTER.

I also dig the Deaf Charlie track, too.

The PJ song might be the least of the three in my opinion. But that's first impressions talking. And none of them are bad songs, I don't think.

I like this a lot. It’s an above average PJ mid tempo rocker. The main riff reminds me off a subdued Whipping. I would trade this for ND on main Gigaton. I do not like the latter, at all.

I love how Matt's weird time signatures and riffs bother PJ fans and totally throw them off.

Let's keep music boring and plain so people can digest it easily.

I just listened for the second time and the off-kilter timing seems forced. Doing it just to do it.

That said, after playing music for a living for like 4 or 5 decades I understand the need to do *something* to mix it up a little as the artist so you don’t die of boredom.

finally got around to listening to this. definitely has a Riot Act-y sound to it, but that could just be the guitar tones...dunno. I do like it though and hope there are more 2018-2020 songs waiting to be released.
