Top drawer song.

The main riff reminds me of the Who. I like it.

I've just realised why I think "A Bug's Life" when I hear this song.

Baba O'Riley. That song was on all the trailers. This one has that jubilation to it.

Love this one, my favourite from the album so far.

I love the way Ed stutters, particularly the way he says the word "drown". Ju-ju-Drown drown drown

Finally!
I knew I heard that 'I could feel the Sun, I could see the sound' part somewhere, but couldn't put my finger on it.

Here it is:

MYM, Getaway and Swallowed Whole have already met my ideal expectations for this album.

Really? I don't remember that at all.

Maybe they had different ad clips in Europe?

Yes, possibly, which is why I have the association in my head and you don't  But yeah the main cinematic trailer had Baba O'Riley on it. It worked really well but was an odd choice: "I am there in the fields..." was the key lyric (I think that's right, at least).

Found it on YouTube and it specifically mentions that it was being released at "Thanksgiving" so it had to be a US trailer. Don't remember the use of Baba at all.

Terrible trailer, too.

This is actually the first time I've heard PJ sound euphorically *happy* and actually believed them.

Someone posted that there was a point this song stopped being an ITW song and became a PJ song (c. 1:17) and that moment is amazing. :D

This one reminds me of a song from Into the Wild. Not sure of the song off hand, but it's like they added electric guitar to it and not much else.

It's the "not much else" which makes it great.

Ha. To each his own, I suppose.
