Have you mentioned your inability to run a mile despite not being fat and running three times a week to a doctor?

i had a physical done in early july and told the doctor about it...he ordered an ecg and it came back perfectly fine, as did my blood work...i haven't been back though

even in general exercise i just lose my breath so easily if i try to go hard...and jogging my legs start to feel like jello pretty quickly, and i even have thigh muscles now that i never have before

I'm confused why you can't run as far as me.
