The Trial of the Chicago 7
I liked it. The cast is great, specially Baron Cohen and Langella.

We watched this last night. Absolutely loved it. Rylance was the star for me. Loved every scene he was inVinylGuy wrote:The Trial of the Chicago 7

I think that's the best one in the whole franchise. James Wan knows how to make them fun and stylish

I had no idea this movie existed until opening Netflix last night. I generally enjoy Sorkin's work and plan to watch it later this week.VinylGuy wrote:The Trial of the Chicago 7

I've only seen the first two but this was definitely the better of the two I've seen. It's more nonsensical than 1 but it's way more absurd and weird.Jorge wrote:I think that's the best one in the whole franchise. James Wan knows how to make them fun and stylish

I forgot about First Reformed. That was on my list. Hawke rules and he was on a few shows discussing the movie and i was excited to watch.

I really liked it, and it also showed how good Schrader is. He went from Dog Eat Dog to First Reformed, and its like two different guys did them.

Both Force Majeure and The Square were movies I wanted to love but only liked. Great scenes but didn't really come together. Worth watching though. I'm pretty uninterested in the remake.epilogue wrote:Sweet. The Square is already on my list.VinylGuy wrote:yeah the original is called Force Majeure.
