I haven't liked a Pearl Jam album in years, including Gigaton.

This kind of thing cracks me up.

Like, I used to enjoy pro wrestling a lot when I was in high school but I really haven’t enjoyed it since then. Not like I’m out there posting thousands of times on a WWF message board 20 years later.

It's more like if you were still a fan of the early wrestling matches but stopped enjoying the new ones, and you've been posting on this WWF message board since before you stopped enjoying them and developed relationships with the people there so you stuck around even though the new matches are underwhelming. And also you still watch the old matches on occasion. Your comparison is bad Bammer

I once watched Earthquake get choked out by Jim Duggan at the end of a 20-man Bunkhouse Brawl at the old Boston Garden. Pretty sure Tugboat and Rowdy Roddy Piper were there too.

So Stone did an interview with Strombo on Apple Music today. He said Get it Back was supposed to be on the “next record” but Matt wanted to release it now.

So here’s his exact quote. He snuck it in and there was no follow up unfortunately.

“Beautiful arrangement by Matt. It was gonna be on the next record but Matt said we we have this opportunity to do this record and I really, really want this to come out now. And we were like “lets do it”. I think they might have tweaked the mix a little bit.”

He then goes on to talk about how Ed listens to the bandmates and how he tries to listen to how they sing in the demo.

Also Stone did confirm they had dates set for the fall to play in swing states prior to COVID.
