as a Pink Floyd fan, i'm quite offended when musicians or people in general associate the PF sound with reverb, echo, and mid-tempo songs. go listen to Interstellar Overdrive or A Saucerful of Secrets motherfuckers.

Um, I used specific song examples, I'll have you know. They did some wishy-washy midtempo and it sounds quite like this.

apart from that, yeah, PF made some midtempo songs, even wishy-washy ones (mostly post-Waters). i only mean that associating this kind of music to them specifically ultimately shows that you know next to nothing to what Pink Floyd is in the first place. i can't blame anyone for that. it's like saying that cheesy power ballads like Sirens is Pearl Jam's trademark.
