Re: Fantasy Football Discussion
I feel like I'd lean Mostert, assuming he plays. I'm sure he'll split time with McKinnon but even still. Against Miami, I don't think he needs a ton of touches to do some real damage. I guess it depends on whether you need a ceiling play or a floor play at the RB position.
What did Jefferson do last week? Anderson has been pretty consistent.

i'm thinking the same on mostert...he is a morning or game time decision, so i'm going to leave mixon in for now...i'm not big on him anyway this week vs the ravens so i'm kinda hoping mostert plays...i also have cam akers, but no
jefferson had 4 catches on five targets for 103 yards...anderson has definitely been getting more targets, but i think jefferson will start to get more...plus he's going against the hawks putrid pass def...i'm probably going to stick with anderson though...i've taken him late in drafts a lot because watching he's super talented, just such bad qb play with the jets

I have low expectations for this one. Tampa's already pretty deep in terms of pass-catchers (Evans, Godwin, Miller, Gronk) so even if he gets on the field, how many targets does he get?Peeps wrote:picked up AB

Re: Fantasy Football Discussion
Brady isn't gelling well with Evans. Godwin had injury issues but also plays a complimentary roll to AB. Miller is literally nothing. Gronk is coming on.Mickey wrote:I have low expectations for this one. Seeing reports that Brady requested AB. If that's true, I can see him having a substantial target share.
The question is what shape is AB in?
I also picked him up in one league just as a safely net and to keep him off opposing rosters.

Re: Fantasy Football Discussion
Maybe. Like I said, low expectations. I can easily see a future of spotty production, a good game here or there but nothing like the old days.

Well that I totally agree with. It could realistically go either way.Mickey wrote:Maybe. Like I said, low expectations. I can easily see a future of spotty production, a good game here or there but nothing like the old days.

Re: Fantasy Football Discussion
My WRs currently are:
T. Hill
J. Jones
T. Higgins
C. Claypool
M. Brown
A. Brown
I need RB help with Chubb on IR for another 3 or 4 weeks and J. Robinson on bye.
Would you give up Tyreek Hill for Kareem Hunt and Lev Bell? That's the trade I've been offered.

Re: Fantasy Football Discussion
Joey, do you guys play two WR each week plus flex or three?

Re: Fantasy Football Discussion
That's a bad return for Hill but if you think the rb help from Hunt will carry you over the line it's not a bad play, you're pretty deep at WR.

Re: Fantasy Football Discussion
Yeah, I turned down the trade. I might regret it if AB returns to form right away. But there were just too many unknowns in the trade.
Will Hunt be hindered by Chubb (whom I already roster) in a couple of weeks? What kind of role will Bell play in KC? Etc...
Hill has been my most reliable receiver this year. That's difficult to give up. Especially in a league where one can roster only s single Chiefs player.

Especially being in 1st/2nd already, you probably don't need stopgaps and can cruise out to prepare for the playoffs.

Re: Fantasy Football Discussion
Meanwhile I'm trying to move Thomas for anyone at RB so I can hopefully win one game??
