I've got friends here in Oklahoma who feel the same about voting for Dems...like why does it matter? I like to remind them that it's their civic duty to vote and that once upon a time, OK was blue. It can happen again.

I mean...I guess. You can either be jaded or feel like you tried.

My father-in-law, who lives in Kansas, likes to refer to me and my wife as feeling blue in a red state.

You're so uninterested in the political process and the candidates that you're just going to rely on someone else to tell you how to vote? That is sad and pathetic, and you're precisely the type of person who shouldn't be voting.

If you know your own heart and you make an effort to stay fairly informed, you’re as qualified a voter as anyone.

Nobody opens their ballot and immediately recognizes every initiative, judge, and treasury candidate.

I was only going to vote for Biden cause that’s all I’ve paid attention to. I trust my friend MDs opinion if he thinks Parson should not be governor. I’ll try harder next time.

Which is why I printed a sample ballot and researched the candidates. tree comes in here on Election Day asking who to vote for. SAD!

Not trying to intimidate him out of voting, just shaming him for being uninformed.
