I think the correct play is to just wait for the count. Show trust in the voting process. Trump will obviously try to undermine the legitimacy of the results when the inevitably do get announced, so if you're Biden play it cool.

The only metric standard stuff we are familiar with is 'Soccer' (Futbol) scores, which have no need for either decimals or thousands.

I only brought this up because the local Belgian did the same thing in this thread, but I believe he used '.' for thousands instead of the ideal universal thousand signifier of a simple space (ie 1 000 000). Easier to read and all that.
