That's Hop Butcher for the World! They brew about 10 miles from my house. They release about 2 different beers a week, and it's all I ever drink.

It's probably some of the best IIPAs you'll have. (note: all of their IIPAs are 7.5%, and they have them dialed in).

I'm gonna have to keep an eye out for their other stuff. I really loved that beer.
