unemployment for the win, right?
I’m trying to get ribs on the egg in time for dinner, but Home Depot fucked my timing and then my kid had a blowout. How hot can I smoke pork ribs to make up time?

Slight vent adjustments and she seems to be holding steady at 250. I shouldn’t have to mess with it much, that’s what you pay for yeah?

whole wheat sandwich bread (pepperidge farm, I believe)
mayo & mustard
