You responded to Wease's autocorrect fail but not the question.

It's now Nov 13 and the Rona is still front page and getting worse, talked about all the time. And regardless of how well Biden does, is there anyone who doesn't think the covid response is a mess??

I mean the bar for “handling it better than the other guy” is so low right now

Very brave men and women, they put their lives on the line for the President. It's not just about catching bullets.

I always thought it was an interesting theory, but I don't believe I ever made that claim myself.

Biden won't be in office until almost February. Why are we even talking about him right now?

Because the sitting president is pouting instead of doing the job he’s fighting to hold onto, so someone has to try to lead the country.

Just listen to your governor. That's the person with the control.

And therein lies the problem.

I went to Ohio to help my family with an illness. Should I be following Ohio's Governor's requirements or North Carolina's Governor's requirements? What should I be doing when I cross through Virginia and West Virginia?

And in case it matters, Gov. Dewine in Ohio seems to have the stance of, "Come on, guys! You should really, really think about wearing a mask. You're making me look bad in front of President Bush!"
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Obviously you can wear a mask if you want to, even if not mandated by law. Personal responsibility is so kewl.

You're right, it is a false equivalence: following the speed limit benefits both you and other drivers, while wearing a mask primarily benefits others and thus further exceeds the boundaries of what could be construed as simply "personal responsibility."

There’s some evidence that the mask protects the wearer, but really, it’s about responsibility to your fellow man. Too many Americans can’t see past their own selfishness to grasp that though. Its a cultural problem that needs to be addressed, not fed.

CDC said just this week that the face diapers protect the wearer now too.
