Oh! I should add, my wife just informed me that she's also making a chocolate cake. For no reason other than she wants to. So I guess that's we're having that for dessert tonight.

The place we ordered from didn’t have the traditional goat, so we went with beef.
there's a place we go to in venice called teddy's red tacos that serves these up..i always get the large portion of consomme to go with it

throwing a tomohawk on the BGE tonight...also doing a side of baked potatoes and creamed spinach..the mrs is making an apple galette that we'll also throw on the egg for dessert..

Last night we had a roasted squash and spinach salad with goat cheese and toasted walnuts in a balsamic vinaigrette.

No idea what we'll do tonight.

i've fallen into a pattern where it's haddock or cod on saturdays and ribeye on sundays
