I’m just hoping it’s not heavily laden with current continuity. Other than that super huge issue of Detective Comics that came out a few weeks ago (which I’ll be reading tonight) I’ve not read anything in current chronology in years.

Just finished Three Jokers. Very interesting and I actually quite liked the ending. How long before his family is used in a storyline is now the question. If they'd leave it alone, it would work way better.

I agree. I think they are planning on a sequel or sorts because it was a huge hit. Still, i dont quite like Johns obsession with reworking the past and classic comic books.

At first, I didn’t really like the idea of three of him, by the end of it, for some reason, I kinda liked the idea.

I REALLY liked Batman knowing who he was all this time. He’s fucking Batman. Of course he knows who he is. That’s just great.

Has Joker been shown to know Batman is Bruce Wayne before this? I’m not a big fan of that.

yeah, i didnt have a problem with him knowing who he was...it was weird. And Joker has not been shown to know who he is but also, it didnt shocked me.

DC COMICS WILL CLOSE DOWN IN JUNE SAYS RUMOR

It's claimed that DC Comics will close down as we know it by June 2021, according to information provided to Ethan Van Sciver, a twenty-seven year veteran of the comic book industry who also recently said Jim Lee will be leaving the company.

Van Sciver, known for working on DC's Green Lantern with Geoff Johns (who recently announced he is publishing a creator-owned comic book at Image Comics and not with DC) claims an insider filled him in AT&T has plans to close down DC Comics publishing by June.

Van Sciver says that while the publishing of comic books will end, the popular characters such as Batman, Superman, etc. will live on in the form of movies, TV shows, and video games, which make money for AT&T while the comics do not.

Van Sciver continues, "I received a tip, by the way, an unverifiable tip, I gotta say, I don't know if it's true or not, but they are saying DC Comics will close down publishing paper comics in June of 2021. I think they just solicited March's comics, and I guess that, if this is true, that's going to be it."

Well, the story that bada posted (and didn't link to, by the way) claims that they AREN'T profitable. But I can't imagine that ceasing the comics would be good for the other mediums. When Marvel was trying to fuck with FOX, they stopped making the comic specifically to hurt the movies.
