Steve Albini wrote:Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

It certainly had a direct to video vibe.

I never got into this movie. Even as a kid, it always put me to sleep

I watched Raising Arizona last night. That's never been one of my preferred Coen movies. It is downright funny at times, but overall just a little too silly for me to really get into it. I do t think they had quite found that balance yet. I watched Inside Llewyn Davis a couple days before that. I'm on a bit of a Coen brothers kick, so tonight I'm queuing up Adaptation
