You said after the first game he played like a rookie, and he does. But damn, some of his throws really are gorgeous. This guy will only get better. If he stays healthy, I'm confident we've finally got a true post-Marino franchise QB.

Tua yanked just now, lol. Today has looked more like the old dolphins. Let’s see if Fitz has any magic left.

DeVonte Parker had some sweet catches, Howard is a beast on defense. It was everyone else’s fault. Tua was bad, Fitz gave me hope for a minute but threw INT #8 right on cue.

UGH

Good news is Jets is next week. Broncos came to play. I hope it was the location, altitude/temperature that got to Tua and team and they can adjust better next time. Did not look like themselves.

Oh but they did, that's the problem. Hopefully this was nothing serious, no one expected a super bowl or anything this year, I'm sure they've still got plenty of kinks to work out.

I was wrong to change my mind on this; I was right to doubt the move to Tua in the first place. What a disappointment.

I’m sure a 5 game winning streak was an unknown variable in the equation. It’s hard to give the Fins any credit for today cuz it’s the Jets, but if we got to see Tua for 3 games or so (and gave him the experience) and only suffered one loss for it, that’s fine. I think Tua showed he has the talent and smarts. He’s only 22 (?). Still has me excited for the future. At this point in the season though, it’s probably smart to go with the veteran.
