Yeah hopefully a lot of it is patched right away. I'm just a bit torn cause I have both the Spidermans to get through and Demon's Souls sprinkled with Madden and Rocket League matches here and there and I usually only get a couple hours a night to play. Just too much to get through. Maybe I can trade something into the local game store and save money in a few months, and by then it'll most definitely be improved anyway.

Will be curious to hear your thoughts on the next gen Madden. I've found the series to be quite stale for many years.

I upgraded my Madden to the next gen version to find my franchise save didn’t carry over, so I’m almost too angry to even check it out.

The gameplay is pretty good for the most part. They really slowed player movement down to make it more realistic. As they've incorporated "next gen stats", it's the most realistic I've seen a football game. It can be a tad glitchy and frustrating at times. I don't really get into the modes like "face of franchise" story. I tried that for about 20 minutes and it's pretty lame. I really just do competitive matches online and MUT draft tournaments when the internet is decent, and it's pretty fun for that.

I'm so glad that 2k clearly defined what would carry and what wouldn't with the NBA series. Did Madden?

Agree that reviews for Cyberpunk aren't nearly as brimming with positivity as I kind of expected. Did I read right too that the day one patch is 43GB?? I'm assuming bugs will be fixed over time, especially by the time the 'real' next gen upgrade is released next year, but safe to say it's probably best to wait on this one....

Yeah, it seems they just weren’t able to delay it any longer. I’m willing to wait.

I'm confident with the patch it'll be fine, definitely playable at least.

Okay, two hours into Cyberpunk. There’s so much stuff to do, its kind of overwhelming. Still getting the hang of it. I know I’ll really enjoy it, but...

I really hope the next gen enhancements come sooner than later. It’s definitely buggy but I expected it to look better. This version alone looks fine and actually runs smoothly in performance mode for me, but I think my expectations were higher.

Some of these PS4/Xbox One gameplay videoes are downright awful looking for a game/developer of this stature.

Agreed, another reason I was hesitant to buy. I mean I think there's supposed to be some relatively 'moderate' enhancements for next gen on day one, but the 'real' next gen upgrade is supposedly not coming till sometime in 2021. I'm assuming that upgrade will put the next gen console version more on par with some of the gorgeous PC videos and screenshots I've seen. Wishful thinking maybe. Regardless, I may just put this one on the back burner for now until the next gen upgrade is here....

Kind of glad I'm dumb and pre-ordered a physical copy so I have a little waiting to do while they figure this shit out. Disappointed about these reports so far.

It has good reviews for the most part. Most of the bugs will be ironed out in a few months. Probably won't change the visual fidelity though.

I wonder if CD Project Red will get a pass for this.

Weird, reviews I saw noted how amazing and alive the world felt, and that the city was like the most interesting character in the game. I'm still excited to play it, but I'm pretty sure it's smartest to wait for the next gen upgrade.
