OH, I also watched "The Lie"

Every bad review for this film is pretty spot on but for some reason I still enjoyed it. I figured the twist but when it happened i still FELT that pain.

Ridiculous but who cares. Could have been super excellent with some tweaks.

Mank.

Glorious. Are we really acknowledging Gary Oldman? Sometimes i think he is the most talented actor around. Beautiful black and white, gorgeous framing. Fincher is one of the best alive.

Looking forward to this one. Oldman is great. I think about his performance in Leon: The Professional all the time.

He is so good there. And his career, his carisma, his talent. He is just up there with the best.

Mank will throw some off because of its style. Its basically a 1940's movie.

Capone. A real stinker. Kinda mad at myself for seeing it through to the end, even.

4.7 on IMDb. That's what I get for going in blind, I guess.

That is a crummy movie. Watch Little Women 1994 instead

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.
