Troy Aikman's dialogue tonight has been solely in the spirit of 'i am hovering angrily on the precipice of having to accept that Dallas season is over'

Looks like the Browns-Giants game in a few weeks is being flexed to Sunday night.

Here's another great statement on Browns futility that I read today. The last time Al Michaels called a game that the Browns won was September of 1993.

Nothing in the NFL is a lock. But I think they have to be favorites, yeah. Any given Sunday and all that... but....

Definitely the easy favorites. I've talked myself into some ways the Saints could beat them, and I think only some of those ideas are through black and gold colored glasses.

Though they'll probably find a way to be upset by Washington in the playoffs long before they see the Chiefs. One more soul crushing exit before Brees retires.

I like the Saints. I love Drew Brees. I'd love to see him get one more ring. And next week should be a fun ride (a possible Super Bowl preview). We'll see what the two teams bring that contest.

But, if I'm honest, there isn't a team in the NFC that scares me against the Chiefs.

I'm hoping you see Hill next week. I worry about Brees rushing back. I'm hoping the Saints keep it close. Give me something to hope on.

That's fair about the NFC. My hopes for the Saints would basically revolve around the kind of ideas that the Giants used to beat the Pats. The defensive line and running backs having a great game. Not impossible given the talent the Saints have at both spots, but it's not enough to make me extremely confident.
