I don't know! But no one else is saying post-Waters either, they're just saying "It doesn't sound like Pink Floyd" and I'm like yes it does.

At what point of the song will all the 8th graders try to feel up their girlfriends during the dance?

Agreed.
We have different takes on what we think about Pink Floyd. I'm not getting that at all, not even a little bit. Now if by Pink Floyd you meant Bon Jovi, then I'd agree.
I think that it does kinda sound like the Fake Floyd that put out Momentary Lapse and Division Bell. The opening riffs and solo sound very Division Bellish

Yeah, I can definitely get a whiff of Learning to Fly-era PF here. Though that's but one influence in it.

I just have the stuff from the 70's + the first Syd Barret album...I really don't know Floyd from the 80's or 90's other than Dogs of War.

Post-Waters, indeed. I can hear it to an extent.

On the studio version or the video version?

Probably the point where Matt accidentally fucks up the intro. "Oops! Touched your boob, sorry."

Sure. I think Mike said he wrote it after a Waters gig, yeah?

Seeing a Roger Waters gig and writing a David Gilmour song is exactly what I'd expect from Mike.

Sure. It's also Springsteen, filtered through boy bands and Robbie Williams.

I expect to hear this song on Parenthood.

They've played a uke song, Wishlist and Supersonic.

Great show but questionable taste in their PJ selections.

Same song, but better quality. It's not an alternate take if that's what you mean.

(I could be totally wrong.)
Where is this free download. I pre-ordered Lightning Bolt but do not see any free download.

I'm going to start banning people who blatantly ignore the front page.

"If you pre-ordered "Lightning Bolt" at pearljam.com, go to MY ACCOUNT>ORDER HISTORY>VIEW your Lightning Bolt order and click Mind Your Manners-Sirens in your desired format."
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Just did this now: go into your order history, click on your Lightning Bolt pre-order and you should see download links in various formats for a folder that contains both Mind Your Manners and Sirens.

EDIT: What B said.

You keep saying these things, and they're not good things.

Certainly not my type of Pearl Jam song. But surprised that i wasn't bothered by it like i thought i would. It's pretty and Ed isn't cringeworthy, he's actually very good. I should hate this song more than i do. That being said, it sounds very dated and I'm not really into it. I will definitely take a piss break during this at a show, but the same could be said for Betterman.

Yeah, but where is this a free download other than where it's free because you already paid for the goddamn thing?
