I’m not real familiar with the win shares stat. What website will you be referencing to calculate scores?

This thread is very optimistic in its timeline.
Green Habit better not try and shut the board down before 2023.

Yeah I thought just next season would make more sense since we'll all forget about this after we draft but I'm down for whatever.

We can do it Tour de France style with a winner for each season, but the overall winner will be based on the total performance over the three seasons.bada wrote:Yeah I thought just next season would make more sense since we'll all forget about this after we draft but I'm down for whatever.
I think having a longer time horizon makes the draft more interesting. For example, if it's one season LeBron is a no-brainer top 3-4 pick, but now you're also drafting 38 year old LeBron. Or Zion might have a lot more value in years 2 and 3 than he does this year. Idk I think this way makes it more challenging and fun hopefully.

The long game is what makes this most intriguing to me. Get the net, bada.
I see you out here 4/5 underselling LeBron and overselling Zion. Your smoke and mirrors are not going to work on me.

You got me. I'm also all in on a three elite seasons for Boogie and Wall. Giannis and Luka teaming up next summer is really going to limit both of their value so I definitely gotta pass on both of them.

Re: NBA Draft Tourney
I can set the draft order tomorrow or Sunday. It'll be a 15 round snake draft. Do you want to allow trading draft picks (before the draft only) or not? Doesn't really matter to me either way, so whatever you guys want.
Btw, what do other tournaments do to make the draft order? I'd just do a random number generator, but is there anything I should do to prove there were no shenanigans?

I will draw names out of a hat. No shenanigans and honestly I don’t even want the pressure of drafting #1.
No trades.
