Not something I'd noticed, to be honest. Sorry

I just realized the front of the ship is above their heads, not in front of Alex. Attention to scientific detail maintained!

I noticed that too this season.

The space travel in the books was really cool, but hasn't been touched on too much in the show. It's probably not that necessary to go into, but I wanted to see more.

I wish the ship looked more iconic. It has no personality.

I think Strait is the weakest for sure, but the others make up for it.

I have to turn on subtitles to understand them.

I feel like they haven't been emphasizing the silence of space a well. The sound used to cut out when they were outside of ships. This season there were a few pew pews.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Also: terrible decision to make James SA Corey's name bigger than the title on the spine of the more recent books.

Big yikes re: the actor who plays Alex. Long list of accusers (online harrassment, assault, etc.). Tough call for Amazon and the showrunners -- I can't imagine they'll recast and reshoot all of the guy's scenes if their investigation proves the accusations. But I also can't see them releasing the season as-is if they do prove credible. Maybe some editing to minimize Anvar's presence throughout the season.

Either way, I assume this is going to delay the S5 release. :gomez:

Is Alex the Martian pilot? They could probably snip his scenes down to a minimum for Season 5, but I don't think you can go further into the books without him being a major plot point.

Yep. If memory serves, he didn't have a huge role in the book S5 is based on. But I suspect the showrunners beefed up his role in the show since he's one of the big 4 characters.

I also look forward to it. Been a solid show, if not as great as it could have been.
