I think I have asthma that is aggravated by stimuli such as cold air in the winter and pollen in the spring time. This also explains why I love running in the heat so much. It is the only explanation I can think of for all of my snot in the airways and difficulty breathing. I am proud of myself for running as well as I do. Will keep pushing.

Closing in on 1000 miles for 2020. Just need another 40 in the next 10 days or so.

What a year. In early March I set my 5k PR (20:50ish). Today I don't know if I could break 23 minutes.

congrats, ghost.

I fizzled out after bars reopened and I went back to work, but I had a very good August and September. I was hoping to take it to the end of the year but I just can't seem to work it back into my schedule.

I hear you. It took me until November to get into any sort of rhythm. I feel like I've got a handle on it now. 2021 will be better.
