I'd heard of Zion for a long time before that draft. As the draft got closer I was familiar with a handful more. That's usually how it happens. College basketball is totally unwatchable for me these days so I just don't follow it. I wasn't familiar with anybody but the Ball kid in this draft until like a month before. I'm sure this Cunningham guy will start being on my radar if he's a can't miss #1 pick, but he hasn't been to this point. Maybe I've heard his name in passing and it didn't stick.

Yeah that shit is scary.


Anyway to your earlier point ... I have also lost interest in college hoops by a significant margin, though I wonder how much of that has to do with me getting older, having kids, and other things requiring my attention. Either way, not anywhere near as entertaining or captivating as it used to be. Man do I miss the Sonics.
