That moment with Grogu and Mando? Damn. That minute was more emotional than anything rey, finn and Poe did in the sequels.

We still make records to be listened to — not that everyone will listen to a record track one to twelve in a row or side A or Side B — but we still make 'em in case somebody does want to listen to it like that, that's how we make em…

I haven't watched it yet, nodimejinky99 wrote:epilogue wrote:Even though we know there's a season 3?dimejinky99 wrote:This is the perfect place to leave the mando story. Mission accomplished. Unless there’s another announcement to come about the war for mandalore, leave it there.
The end credits scene was a signal. That story is over. This one is starting. We may even see han and chewie?
We just saw R2 for fucks sake.
This is the end of that.
The sw pods I listen to were confused after the conference thing as they knew there was a boba series filming right now, but had info mando season 3 might be that.
I don’t care.
Did you not just see that??

Yeah this season of the Mandalorian has really confirmed for me how much I was unhappy with the sequels.VinylGuy wrote:That moment with Grogu and Mando? Damn. That minute was more emotional than anything rey, finn and Poe did in the sequels.

Also, to dime's point about this should be the end. I think we haven't even delved into Din's character yet because of Grogu being around. I think a season or two of him exploring his roots/lineage could be amazing. I know you are riding the high of this episode, but there is so much to explore with him.

Yea, this was good on character. The movies focused way too much on spectacle.E.H. What they were able to do with a TV show is quite remarkable. Maybe cut the budget for the big screen stuff and focus on good storytelling like this shit.
What a show.

Re: Star Wars : The Mandalorian (Disney+ 2019)
Yea but they could end on a high note. THe past two seasons have dealt with the child and that mission is definitely over. Sure, there's tons more to explore, but you might just be stretching it thin moving forward.E.H. Ruddock wrote:Also, to dime's point about this should be the end. R2
Im a bawling mess.
R2 being baby Grogus new best friend?
Absolutely destroyed and still crying.
No better droid in the entire galaxy to look after him.
Jesus Star Wars. You got me.

You're out of your mind. Thematically rid of the worst positively possible ending to Din's story.dimejinky99 wrote:This is the perfect place to leave the mando story. Mission accomplished
