had all these cans of green beans from stockpiling early in the pandemic

so made a cream of mushroom soup from scratch and poured it into a green bean casserole

cooked in my lecreuset dutch oven

crushed blue corn tortillas as the topper in place of fried onions (didnt have any)

it is cooling now

it looks pretty good
