There was a stretch for a while in the early 00's where I discovered a lot of bands/artists because of car commercials.
Come to think of it, I think I got into Nick Drake because of a car commercial.
Also, a lot of bands I like (They Might Be Giants, for example) have had songs featured in car commercials.
I don't really have a larger point. Jut thought all of you would like to know.

Just started this. Half drunk and stoned. Almost through WES. Fuck yes.
-Got about half-way through Dance, then decided I wanted to play video games. Still awesome though.

This is a very good album that I never really feel compelled to listen to.

Listened to side A last night. Still sounded great even though I kinda wore it out last summer.

We’ve all fallen out of love with music.
Age, it seems, has finally caught up with us.

Obviously, there's been a drop off in my listening. But I still adore this record. I've listened to it three times (according to Spotify) front to back on my phone and twice (that I remember) on vinyl in 2021. So, like once a week? I think this is a great record.

Agreed. 11 months later and I still love it.
