Got a 6-lb prime rib (it’s prime, not choice) in the fridge all salted and drying out. I’m gonna sou vide the heck out of it tonight for about 16 hours. Can’t wait.

this is for tomorrow but starting it now...i cleared out the freezer today and decided to make chicken stock..had a carcass in there along with a couple dozen chicken feet..house is going to smell good tonight with that cooking alongside the spicy tofu

I made creamed spinach in the crock pot today. Might be the best I’ve ever had.
