Probably gonna do pancakes, sausage, and sautéed apples in the morning. Merry Xmas, RMica.

We’re doing breakfast at my parents’ for our Xmas meal. We made sausage patties and some sort of sausage and cream cheese casserole.

just understanding the heat and how little is needed. have the burner just over medium, then kill the heat once the base of the eggs is just starting to set, before flipping to cook up the top with the residual pan heat.tragabigzanda wrote:Tell us
oh, and since i'm usually making a bit for the kid, i don't add salt beforehand anymore, which i think only helps keep them even moister/smoother.

I had leftover christmas food, ham, stuffing and turkey with catsup for breakfast this morning. Only had a little bit of runs.
