those almost work better on the sink when you have sourdough stuck to the stainless steel that you're too tired to clean before bed time and end up doing it the next morning...

We got through the stir-crazy lockdown phase of 2020 just fine overall, but I did this a couple of times back then and it almost ended in divorce.
