Dinner - Store made: two pork ribs, a whole chicken and a piece of turkey, and home made: spring rolls, a pork and scampi filipino noodle dish, mung bean soup with chicken, a sauce, and rice.
Dessert - Twelve round fruits, and home made: leche flan, banana cake and Norwegian waffles with various available toppings, like jam, brown cheese and nutella.
We would normally make the meat at home for a big day like this, but we decided to have a smaller celebration this year, and buy most of the meat already made at a store. Made everything else at home.
Will be too much food, but we’ll have leftovers. Doubt I will eat much more than normal.
