Dont get me wrong here, im not arguing your point, and i figure that if they are gonna do something like that then just cancel it all together.surfndestroy wrote:Our government is just making up rules at this point. All willy-nilly and then saying but science. Just today they changed last call fro drinks in bars and restaurants from 10pm to 8pm. I would love to see the science on that. For one day a year Covid is more transmittable between 8 and 10 pm. We have been in hard social lockdown for nearly two months, where your bubble is your household only. Our number of active cases and ER numbers have come way down. Then they pulls this shit. All I know is my table is going to look like at 7:55pm like it hasn’t since early 20’s, a wasteland of drinks. Will also have the emergency micky with me. What makes previously sensible politicians turn into jokers overnight?
I believe Scotland are saying that restaurants cant sell alcohol.
So, between 10 PM and 8 PM? Well people are less drunk at 8pm and making fewer bad choices and screaming in people's faces less?
I truly believe that governments/people are just trying to minimize the best they can and keep businesses open.
I dont know. I dont care anymore.
We're open here and we're doing okay.
