They have to work with their health dept to vaccinate top priority doctors in their county outside the hospital. The vaccine doesn't belong to the hospital. It belongs to North Carolinians.

Yeah I suppose it’s important to remember that for every situation like this, there are more situations elsewhere to offset, where leftover doses are going into arms regardless of any strict guidelines.

We really should have quarantined New York when this popped off. Forcing the affluent to stay in the city would have done much more to promote social justice than *waves hand* whatever this is.
