Such a bummer that Miami has to draft a QB in the first round again.

*I don't think Miami will, nor do I want them to, draft a QB in the first round.

Today was ugly, but if you’re a lifelong fins fan, how can you not be happy with this year? Rebuilding is ahead of schedule. They have an awesome coach, a solid D, young team... the parts are there. And let’s be honest, the Bills have been firing on all cylinders lately. Tua has a lot to learn still, but he made some nice throws today too.

Tua played about how I expected. Really hope he can improve this offseason. Hopefully we draft an elite receiver. But yeah, great year and looking forward to next. Very impressed by the Bills. They could beat the Chiefs. Fucking tragic now that the Patriots are on a decline we have these Bills to deal with.

What doesn't help is tua is that when he actually throws a good pass, the recievers can't catch if their fuckin lives depended on it

Other than parker, get rid of pretty much everyone.. preston w good fuckin bye.. Wilson get out of here too.. draft 1 maybe 2 wrs right off the bat in the first 3 rounds.. possibly sign Allen Robinson too

I agree with completely overhauling the WRs. I'd say bye bye to Parker too if it weren't for the bargain price. Everyone else is a backup. TEs can stay.

Parker basically has one elite skill: 50/50 balls. He doesn't get particularly open but he is really good at those jump ball type of plays. That's probably a big part of why he looks so much better with Fitzy than anybody else throughout his career.

True. It's nice to have him out there for those situations but you can't rely on him consistently. Gotta have at least a couple guys that can create separation and CATCH the ball. And really, Gesicki, Parker and Williams are all that same kind of receiver.

Tua is the starting QB in 2021 and Chan Gailey has resigned.

Dolphins should go after Pederson for OC.

Very surprised this thread didn't get bumped after the Deshaun Watson story/rumors yesterday.

The only reference I saw to that story was here on RM. Was it a widespread rumor?

I saw a few places talking about how pissed Watson was not to have more input in the coaching hire. But I didn't see anything about Miami. That's bonkers.

If Watson really wants to work with Bienieme so badly he should maybe campaign for a trade to Atlanta.

guys it's not going to happen.. and honestly i don't want it to. watson would be no good to us unless we built up the offense around him.. trading for him will be giving up valuable assets and will make this more difficult.. better off to stay with tua, who has shown some promise when he had some good weapons around him (see cardinals game), and build the offense around him and his strengths, quick routes to guys who can create separation and a speedy down field threat or two.. also another good OL player or two

Oh, I definitely don't think it's going to happen. Just interesting to hear that there were (are?) widespread rumors about it.

mostly just click bait headlines.. i doubt there's real substance to it... sure, if watson had his pick, he'd probably go almost anywhere rather than stay with the Texans, but it is fun and telling that The Dolphins are the team being mentioned right now; it shows they are one of the league's hottest teams on the rise... now, if only they would permanently change their uniforms to modern classic throwbacks
